Compress File | With Mac OS X

Right click on folder where all files and fonts reside (control click when using a one button mouse). If you are unsure where all necassary files are; you should use the Package feature within InDesign or Collect for Output in Quark Xpress.

Choose> Create Archive from menu. Try to name your folder something relevant to your project and company name.

This will create a compressed file in the same location of the folder you just compressed. It should be the same name of your folder with a .zip extension.

You have now created a file that is suitable to be transfered safely over the Internet.

There is a 2 GB file size limit when using our website to transfer files.
