
Larry Babka | Executive Vice President
Larry began his career in Chicago where he founded and was President of Midwest Litho Arts, one of the largest premedia companies in the country. With over 25 years of industry experience and 10 years at Courier, Larry works closely with the sales team and the management team in developing ways to best meet our client’s needs. Larry keeps the team focused on leading edge technology to improve our quality and environment. Larry spends his free time with his family, especially his two grandchildren, or helping out with the many non profit organizations he belongs to (that is if he is not at the gym).

Chris Seay | Account Executive
Chris was born and raised in Detroit but she moved to Scottsdale right out of school. Chris started her career working at Goldwater’s Department store which filled two needs: the excitement of the advertising world producing high end catalogs and the love of shopping. Chris worked for 11 years buying print, supervising photo shoots and pulling everything together in the frantic fashion industry. The next step was a natural one, to work with print buyers and help them with their printing needs which she has been doing successfully for Courier Graphics since 1993. Chris owes a lot of her success to her husband, son and daughter for their support in her career. One of her mottos is that you have to love what you do in life and she does…

Donna Palica | Account Executive
Donna started her printing career in Wisconsin as a plant secretary for WA Krueger Company (very large web printer), she loved it from the start, so when she had an opportunity to transfer to the Phoenix plant and become a sales service representative she jumped at the chance. Donna gained many years of experience working with the top print buyers in the United States. Times changed and the Phoenix plant was sold and then closed. So Donna decided to try her hand at front line selling and has been doing so since the year 2000. Donna takes very good care of her clients never forgetting her valuable customer service lessons from early on. When not printing, Donna enjoys reading, traveling, the outdoors, and any thing to do with animals.

George Dierken | Account Executive
George is a native Arizonian. He started his printing career in 1975, selling business forms and labels. In 1977 he jumped upon an opportunity to sell commercial printing for Courier Graphics. George has seen Courier Graphics grow and has been a key team player in it’s growth. George has a knack for offering unique options for his client's marketing needs. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors in northern AZ, with family and friends.

Jim Bilbrey | Account Executive
Jim’s interest in printing started with his first job in 1972 and he has never looked back. His experience in the industry includes running presses, supervision, customer service, estimating, print buyer and print sales. After working in Michigan for 22 years, Jim and his wife MaryAnn packed their bags and moved to sunny Phoenix. Jim has been in sales with Courier Graphics since 2003 and his clients love his attention to detail, service and follow-up.

Michelle Selby | Account Executive
Michelle has a degree in Graphic Arts Communication and Business. She began her career in 1980 where she gained experience in the pressroom, pre-press, customer service and production management. Michelle knew she had a passion for sales, so in 1987 she began sales consulting in Northern California. Michelle chose to move to Arizona in 1998 and joined the Courier Graphics sales team. Michelle attributes a lot of her sales success to her father whom she worked for in her youth and consults with still today.

Ryan Adamson | Account Executive
Ryan graduated from ASU with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Information Technology. Ryan enjoyed learning the marketing side of business and wrapping that with graphic art knowledge. Ryan has been an account executive at Courier Graphics since 2004. He brings a lot of energy and love of people to work each day. Ryan likes helping people in anyway he can. He also enjoys playing golf, exercising and cooking.

Scott Carritt | Account Executive
Scott is a born and raised Arizonian and has had the luck to be born and raised into printing. His grandfather started Courier Graphics over 30 years ago and his mother runs Courier Graphics today. Scott has worked in every department at the plant where he received extensive training and preparation to offer clients a professional product with the service they deserve. Scott loves the outdoors, mountain biking, skiing and fishing.

Michael Miller | Account Executive
Michael was born and raised in Long Island New York. While still in high school, his family relocated to Arizona. Michael’s strong work ethic started young as he worked his way through school. After attending Scottsdale Community College, Michael became a successful fitness trainer. His 8 years of working closely with people developed his skills and resulted in building strong long-term relationships. Michael started his printing career by working in every production area at Courier Graphics. This process gave him the knowledge to understand and communicate the technical side of the printing process. His high energy level and outgoing personality creates a winning combination.
