Pam Carritt | President
Pam graduated in 1979 from ASU with a degree in Applied Sciences and Engineering. Pam first started her career in printing in the Los Angeles market working for large commercial web printers. Pam’s father asked her to work for him at Courier Graphics in 1982, so she moved back to Phoenix and the rest as they say is history. Pam worked with her father for over 20 years then in 2002 he sold the company to Pam. Pam enjoys working with everyone at Courier keeping the same focus on doing what you say you are going to do and doing it in a timely manner. Pam is married to Jan and they have three grown children, they spend most of their weekends either working or playing outdoors.

Larry Babka | Executive Vice President
Larry began his career in Chicago where he founded and was President of Midwest Litho Arts, one of the largest premedia companies in the country. With over 25 years of industry experience and 10 years at Courier, Larry works closely with the sales team and the management team in developing ways to best meet our client’s needs. Larry keeps the team focused on leading edge technology to improve our quality and environment. Larry spends his free time with his family, especially his two grandchildren, or helping out with the many non profit organizations he belongs to (that is if he is not at the gym).

Valerie Coffin | Financial Manager
Valerie has served as financial manager at Courier Graphics since 2004. Valerie has held positions of financial leadership at other manufacturing organizations over the past 20 years. However, this is her first printing experience and she loves it.

Bob Combs | Production Scheduler
Bob started out in printing over 35 years ago and he has done everything from Shipping and Receiving to supervising large press facilities including Banta Corporation. Bob has worked at Courier Graphics for 9 years and he is an integral part of Courier Graphics' excellent service. He orchestrates the production plan so the customer’s job is on time every time. Bob likes photography and playing golf. He also enjoys volunteering at professional golf tournaments in his spare time.

Mark Lewinger | Prepress Supervisor
Mark has over 35 years in printing; you could say it is all he has ever known. Mark decided in the late 80’s that prepress was the place for him and he completed the transition from stripping tables to computerized prepress quite successfully, he is responsible for all our prepress technology. Mark does a great job in keeping Courier Graphics up to date on the latest technology both in software and hardware. Mark is married to Dona his beautiful wife of 26 years and they have two grown daughters Alexis and Vanessa. Skiing and going on cruises are two of Mark’s favorite things.

Scott Hudson | Finishing Supervisor
Scott started his career in printing in 1981, he joined Courier Graphics in 1987 as an apprentice in the bindery. Scott has been a key person in growing with the company and helping the company grow over his 21 years of service. Scott prides himself on working closely with his team on the floor. Scott is married to his wife Diana and has one son, Justin. Scott enjoys playing golf, running, and going to the dunes with his family.

John Myers | Pressroom Supervisor
John has worked in the printing industry for over 27 years, starting right out of school. John has many years of experience in the web press arena making him the go-to-guy for any technical and/or mechanical web challenges. John has been with Courier Graphics for over 13 years and is starting on his 3rd year as a supervisor and he is really enjoying this new challenge. John has been married to his beautiful wife Kelly for 23 years and they have one child Michael. His weekend time is spent playing golf or watching auto racing.

Rodger Myers | Night Production Supervisor
Rodger brings to Courier Graphics over 28 years experience in the printing industry with extensive experience working with large sheetfed presses. Rodger joined Courier Graphics as the Night Production Supervisor in 2005 when he relocated back to Phoenix, his native home. When Rodger has free time you will find him playing golf, or in his garage working on his 1965 Mustang.

David Thompson | Shipping Supervisor
David has 11 years experience in shipping and receiving in the graphics arts Industry. David helps us find the answers to our most difficult shipping challenges. Away from work David enjoys spending time with his three children and Tanya his wife of 19 years. David is also known to play a mean game of golf.
